Thank you for choosing Fashion Arena Prague Outlet for your shopping. Fashion Arena Prague Outlet is located on private property owned by Via FAOC s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as “Fashion Arena Prague Outlet”, the “Centre”, or “we”).

Fashion Arena Prague Outlet aims to provide you with an enjoyable shopping experience at attractive outlet prices, as well as a pleasant environment in which you can feel comfortable and satisfied. To help us achieve these goals together, we have prepared these Visitor Rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Visitor Rules”).

Thank you for complying with them. We wish you a pleasant stay and an enjoyable shopping experience at Fashion Arena Prague Outlet.

Fashion Arena Prague Outlet is open to the public seven days a week from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Any changes to the opening hours, for example on public holidays or other days, will be published on our website at www.fashion-arena.cz.

Areas not accessible to the public are parts of Fashion Arena Prague Outlet designated exclusively for business purposes. These areas are clearly marked, and access is controlled by the management of Fashion Arena Prague Outlet. All other areas are accessible to the public.

The first floor and the underground car park at Fashion Arena Prague Outlet can be conveniently reached by lift.

Accessible toilets for persons with reduced mobility or orientation, as well as a baby-changing area for parents with infants, are available within the public toilet facilities located in the shopping arcade near the NIKE/SWAROVSKI stores, near TOMMY HILFIGER/the Information Centre, and on the first floor, where the restaurants and cafés are located.

Access to the Centre’s service/loading road is restricted exclusively to vehicles delivering goods or construction materials to tenant units, emergency medical service or Integrated Rescue System vehicles, tourist coaches with a passenger capacity of more than 16 persons, and motor vehicles belonging to employees of tenant units and the Centre management.

The service road is not intended for use by the general public, except during specific time periods determined by the Centre owner. For safety reasons, access to the service road is restricted and strictly monitored by security personnel and a CCTV system with licence plate recognition and recording. Food delivery and courier services (Bolt, Foodora, Uber Eats and Wolt) using motor vehicles weighing less than 1 tonne, as well as motorcycles, must use only the main entrance to the Centre.

IN FASHION ARENA PRAGUE OUTLET IT IS PROHIBITED TO

• Smoking in areas where smoking is prohibited, particularly on the first floor of the Centre where the restaurants and cafés are located, including the entrance area by the escalators; in public toilets; in the offices of the Fashion Arena Prague Outlet Centre management; in leased units, including all storage areas; in Fashion Arena Prague Outlet technical rooms and the control room; in the enclosed and roofed section of the arcade extending from the Starbucks café (entrance to the roofed section of the arcade from the outdoor car park) to the Karl Lagerfeld store (end of the roofed section of the arcade); in the individual passageways in the arcade (emergency exits); in the outdoor children’s playground; in the Fashion Arena Prague Outlet technical facilities; and on the public transport boarding island and in the public transport shelter.
• Using an open flame, unless approved by the Centre management.
• Entering Fashion Arena Prague Outlet while under the influence of narcotic or psychotropic substances.
• Bringing in any toxic or narcotic substances, oversized luggage, any type of weapon or ammunition, or other dangerous objects. Employees of the Centre management or members of the security personnel responsible for guarding Fashion Arena Prague Outlet are authorised to determine whether an object is dangerous.
• Entering the Centre with poisonous, polluting, foul-smelling or dangerous substances.
• Entering the Centre with Class I flammable substances.
• Entering the Centre with animals of any kind, with the exception of dogs, which are welcome at Fashion Arena Prague Outlet. Operators of individual retail units may restrict dogs from entering their premises.
• Riding bicycles, including electric bicycles, roller skates, skateboards, motorcycles, scooters, kick scooters or tricycles in the Centre’s arcade, with the exception of children’s tricycles and similar children’s vehicles.
• Tampering with or misusing any fire safety equipment, such as portable fire extinguishers, emergency exit doors or fire alarm buttons.
• Tampering with or damaging any property belonging to Fashion Arena Prague Outlet or its tenants.
• Using drones, unless prior written approval has been granted by the Centre management.
• Taking photographs, making visual or digital recordings, or conducting commercial photography or video recording at Fashion Arena Prague Outlet for business purposes without the written consent of the Centre management.
• Itinerant selling or the itinerant provision of services to the public, except for activities approved in writing in advance and/or organised by the Fashion Arena Prague Outlet Centre management.
• Conducting any promotional or commercial activity without the written consent of the Centre management, including, for example, distributing or displaying leaflets, stickers or QR codes; selling perfumes in the car parks, in the arcade or on the first floor of the Centre; distributing religious literature; conducting questionnaires or surveys, except for surveys organised by the Centre management; selling raffle tickets or items for humanitarian purposes; collecting money for charitable projects; or washing vehicles.
• Polluting or damaging landscaped areas in any way, including discarding litter in these areas.
• Urinating in plant pots or in public areas.
• Performing music, singing or staging any performance without the consent of the Centre management.
• Engaging in any sporting or other activities in the Centre, except for activities approved in writing by the Centre management.
• Begging.
• Depositing household or hazardous waste or construction materials.

IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE, ON THE PARKING LOTS AND IN THE COMMON AREAS OF FASHION ARENA PRAGUE OUTLET IT IS PROHIBITED

• Entering, parking or driving motor vehicles in violation of traffic signs or applicable laws and regulations.

• Parking or stopping in spaces designated for persons with reduced mobility or orientation without the appropriate permit.
• Parking on traffic islands or raised areas not designated for parking.
• Tourist coaches with a capacity exceeding 16 seats entering the internal car parks of Fashion Arena Prague Outlet. Such vehicles may enter only the parking areas specifically designated for them, i.e. the service road.
• Exceeding the maximum permitted speed for any motor vehicle on roads within the premises, including the service road. The speed limit throughout the Fashion Arena Prague Outlet premises is 20 km/h.
• Obstructing roads within the premises in any way, including the service road, car park entrances and exits, and emergency exits.
• Driving motorised or non-motorised vehicles onto paved pedestrian walkways, landscaped areas or other hard-surfaced areas, including driving motor vehicles across such hard-surfaced areas.
• Drawing electricity from the Fashion Arena Prague Outlet electricity distribution system, except at marked parking spaces reserved exclusively for charging electric vehicles.
• Stopping or parking motor vehicles and/or electric vehicles in marked spaces reserved for electric vehicle charging unless they are actively being charged.
• Offering motor vehicles for sale, except as part of the Centre’s marketing campaigns.
• Taxi operators parking or stopping in spaces reserved for the Centre’s contractual partners.
• Camping, sleeping overnight or engaging in similar activities.
• Parking motor vehicles, non-motorised vehicles or trailers in the car parks while Fashion Arena Prague Outlet is closed to the public, i.e. daily from 9:00 p.m. to 8:30 a.m. If this prohibition is breached, the relevant vehicle may, at the discretion of the Centre owner, either be towed away at the expense of the owner or operator of the vehicle, or immobilised using technical means. The owner or operator of the vehicle will be required to reimburse the Centre owner for the cost of installing the technical means used to immobilise the vehicle or trailer, in the amount of CZK 10,000 for each calendar day of unauthorised parking.
• Employees of tenant units stopping or parking motor vehicles weighing less than 1 tonne by the façade along the service road from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Such motor vehicles must use only the employee car park or the Centre’s main car park, unless otherwise stipulated in writing by the Centre owner.
• LPG- or CNG-powered motor vehicles entering the underground car park.

OTHER PROVISIONS:

FIRE OR OTHER MAJOR EVENTS REQUIRING THE EVACUATION OF THE CENTRE

In the event of a fire, the Prague Fire and Rescue Service (150) or the single European emergency number (112) must be contacted immediately. The fire reporting point is located in the Fashion Arena Prague Outlet control room and can be reached at +420 296 238 008.

In the event of a fire or another serious incident requiring the evacuation of persons, animals and property from the Fashion Arena Prague Outlet building, everyone must remain calm, comply with the Fashion Arena Prague Outlet Fire Evacuation Plan, and follow the instructions of the person responsible for organising the evacuation, the building manager or shift supervisor of the security agency responsible for guarding Fashion Arena Prague Outlet, the Police of the Czech Republic, the Integrated Rescue System, and announcements made over the Centre’s public address system.

During an evacuation, all persons must follow the graphical signs indicating escape routes and exits and use only staircases and lifts designated for evacuation. Escalators and lifts not designated for evacuation must not be used.

The managers of the individual stores are fully responsible for the proper evacuation of their respective retail units and must report the evacuation status of their units to the person responsible for organising the evacuation.

The evacuation will be managed from the Fashion Arena Prague Outlet control room. If this area is under threat, the evacuation will be managed from the area near the AMORINO kiosk. Evacuated persons must not remain on access roads or in fire appliance access and deployment areas.

During an evacuation, the protection of the life and health of all persons and animals takes priority. Property, including vehicles, must remain in the Centre until all persons have been fully evacuated, as determined by the person responsible for the evacuation.

LOST PROPERTY ON THE CENTRE PREMISES

Lost or abandoned movable items in Fashion Arena Prague Outlet (hereinafter the “Item”) must be handed over to an employee of the Information Centre of Fashion Arena Prague Outlet (hereinafter the “Information Centre”) immediately after it has been found. The Information Centre employee shall draw up a lost & found property report which will provide a detailed specification of the Item found and the person who found it (personal details & consent to be recorded in accordance with the applicable Data Protection Regulations). All found Items will be stored at Fashion Arena Prague Outlet for 3 calendar days from their acceptance, in a locked room/safe. If the rightful owner of the Item contacts the Information Centre by e-mail by the end of the 3 days period the storage period can exceptionally be extended up to a maximum of 14 days. If the Item is not picked up by its rightful owner within the given period, the finding is reported, and the Item will be handed over to the Lost Property Office managed by the City Hall of the Capital of Prague, the Trades Licensing and Civil Law Department.

THEFT, ROBBERY, OTHER CRIMINAL ACTS OR OFFENCES

In the event of theft, robbery, another criminal offence or a misdemeanour, the Fashion Arena Prague Outlet security service (+420 296 238 008), an Information Centre employee (+420 606 069 307), the Police of the Czech Republic (158), or the Municipal Police (156) must always be contacted immediately.

In the event of a traffic accident in a car park on the Centre premises, the person involved must either remain at the scene and resolve the traffic accident with the owner of the damaged vehicle, or contact the Police of the Czech Republic directly so that they can identify or locate the owner of the damaged vehicle. Representatives of the Centre management and members of the security personnel do not handle traffic offences or accidents.

PUBLIC ORDER IN THE CENTER, COMPLIANCE WITH THE VISITING RULES

Members of the security personnel responsible for guarding Fashion Arena Prague Outlet, in cooperation with the Police of the Czech Republic and the Prague Municipal Police, are authorised to take legal action, exclusively within the limits of applicable legislation, directly related to maintaining public order and enforcing the Fashion Arena Prague Outlet Visitor Rules.

Any individual who disturbs public order at Fashion Arena Prague Outlet or violates the Visitor Rules will be removed from the Centre, or administrative or criminal proceedings may be initiated against them.

Members of the security personnel are authorised to regulate and direct traffic at the pedestrian crossing located by the entrance to the Centre and the service road.

FIRST AID

First aid is provided by the centre‘s security service providing for the surveillance of Fashion Arena Prague Outlet (tel. +420 296 238 008) by calling fast medical service or integrated emergency and rescue services. The first-aid kit is available a) in the control room, b) at the Information Centre in the arcade next to the Tommy Hilfiger store; and c) in the centre offices on the 1st floor of Fashion Arena Prague Outlet, next to the Food Court. 

CCTV

The Fashion Arena Prague Outlet premises are monitored by CCTV systems with recording functionality and by a vehicle licence plate recognition system. A system for the statistical measurement of visitor numbers is also operated in the Centre. For their own protection, members of the security personnel may be equipped with body-worn cameras capable of recording sound and will be clearly identified as such.

DOG DRINKING FOUNTAIN AND DOG-WASTE BAGS

For visitors accompanied by dogs, a dog drinking fountain and dispensers containing dog-waste bags are located in the relaxation area by the bicycle rack.

OUTDOOR CHILDREN'S PLAY AREA

Before using the outdoor children’s playground, please carefully read the operating rules clearly displayed on the information board at the entrance to the playground.

The outdoor children’s playground is designed for children aged 3 to 14. Children must remain under the supervision of a parent or a person authorised by their legal guardian to provide proper supervision of the child at all times.

Use of the playground is at the user’s own risk.

Via FAOC s.r.o. and its employees are not liable for any damage, loss or injury resulting from the use of the children’s playground, unless expressly stipulated otherwise by law.

OTHER PROVISIONS

• Accidents or injuries involving our customers and visitors will be handled in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic.
• Fashion Arena Prague Outlet is not liable for damage suffered by customers or visitors unless it was caused by gross negligence on the part of the Centre owner.
• Any complaint concerning the services provided by Fashion Arena Prague Outlet may be submitted in writing at the Information Centre or electronically by email to [email protected].
• A wheelchair is available at the Information Centre for persons with reduced mobility or orientation and persons with disabilities.
• The car park operating rules may also be set out in a separate document. The car parks are unattended. Security personnel monitor the availability of parking spaces as needed and direct traffic, including traffic at pedestrian crossings, when necessary. Access to parking spaces in the underground car park is regulated by the Centre owner at its sole discretion, taking into account the current traffic situation and season.
• Luggage storage services, subject to current capacity, and VAT refund services are available at the Information Centre in the arcade next to the Tommy Hilfiger store. A VAT refund kiosk is also located within the Information Centre.

REVISION OF VISITING RULES

Fashion Arena Prague Outlet reserves the right to update the Visitor Rules from time to time. The current version of the Visitor Rules will be available to all visitors and customers on the following website: [insert link].

These Visitor Rules were drawn up in the Czech language. Any versions in other languages are provided solely as translations. In the event of any discrepancy between a translation and the original, the Czech version will prevail.
