HOW TO GET THE GIFT CARD?
The gift card can be purchased at our Information Centre on the ground floor next to the shop Tommy Hilfiger without prior order (payment is possible on the spot in cash or by card) or you can simply order it online and have it delivered to your home (online payment by card).
ONLINE ORDER PROCESS
1. Visit the Fashion Arena Prague Outlet gift card sales page.
2. Click on the Order this card button.
3. Specify how much you want to charge the card for (any amount from 500 CZK to 12 000 CZK).
4. Fill in your details, including the delivery address, and select the shipping method.
5. Complete your gift card order.
Fashion Arena Prague Outlet gift card will be delivered by the method you have chosen.

Important information for gift card delivery
Dear guests,
we send gift cards with delivery to your address via Czech Post. However, we would like to inform you that the Czech Post may not always inform you about the delivery.
How to proceed if you are expecting a gift card:
1. Ask your post office directly if they have a parcel ready for you.
2. contact our Information Centre at [email protected]* We will be happy to provide you with a tracking number so you can track the delivery.
