Competition rules

(hereinafter referred to as the “Competition”)

Article 1

Competition Rules and Conditions for Participation in the Competition

The conditions of the Competition are determined exclusively by these rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”). Any promotional and advertising materials are for informational purposes only. The Rules of the Competition will be available at the Information Center at the Organizer’s headquarters (as defined in Article 3 below) and on the website www.fashion-arena.cz/fashion-club in the Fashion Club section throughout the duration of the Competition.

The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Rules during the Competition period, provided that such changes do not worsen the conditions for Participants. The amended Rules will be published on the website as stated above. The Organizer is entitled to cancel the Competition at any time during its course.

Persons who do not meet the conditions for participation in the Competition or who act in violation of the Rules will not be included in the Competition. If it is found that such a person has become a Winner (as defined in Article 5 below), they will be excluded from the Competition and will not be entitled to the prize.

The Organizer reserves the right to exclude, without providing any reason, any Participant (as defined in Article 2 below) whose behavior exhibits signs of unfair or fraudulent conduct, is vulgar, grossly insults other participants, the Organizer, or its business partners, or is contrary to good morals.

The Organizer also reserves the right to exclude, without providing any reason, any Participant who is reasonably suspected of attempting to circumvent the Rules or otherwise acting in violation of these Rules, or who has attempted to fraudulently influence the outcome of the Competition, including using multiple email addresses to participate under the same name. Such actions are considered fraudulent.

The provisions of these Rules are governed by Czech law. Matters not regulated by these Rules shall be subject to the applicable legal provisions, particularly the Civil Code, the Data Protection Act, and other relevant legislation.

The Organizer bears no responsibility for the inability to inform the Winner about their Prize (as defined in Article 5 below), or for the inability to notify the Winner due to reasons beyond the Organizer’s control, particularly if the Winner provided an incorrect email address.

The Organizer bears no responsibility for: (i) prizes that are not claimed, and (ii) any damage and/or harm to health or property caused to any person in connection with the use of the Prize or the loss of the right to claim the Prize (i.e., being the Winner) in accordance with these Rules, unless such damage or harm was caused by the Organizer’s breach of legal obligations.

A registered Fashion Club member must purchase goods or services at stores operating in the Fashion Arena Prague Outlet that participate in the Fashion Club loyalty program. The purchase value of goods or services must exceed at least CZK 6,000 (including VAT) between March 1, 2025, and March 16, 2025 (inclusive). The list of stores currently participating in the Fashion Club program can be found at www.fashion-arena.cz/fashion-club.

Article 2

Competition Participant

The Competition is open exclusively to natural persons over 18 years of age, with temporary, permanent, or long-term residence in the Czech Republic, who were registered as members of the Fashion Arena Fashion Club no later than March 1, 2025 (inclusive) and who meet all conditions for participation as specified in these Rules between March 1, 2025, and March 16, 2025 (each such individual hereinafter referred to as a “Participant”).

Participants who fail to meet all the necessary conditions for participation will not be included in the Competition. Each Participant may enter the Competition only once.

The Organizer reserves the right to verify the identity of a Participant, including the Winner, to evaluate the Competition in accordance with these Rules.

Participants may withdraw from the Competition at any time. By registering for the Fashion Club competition, remaining in the Competition, and fulfilling the conditions necessary to be considered a Participant, each Participant agrees to comply with these Rules. The Rules of each Competition, including all consents and terms associated with the Fashion Club, are always available on www.fashion-arena.cz/fashion-club and at the Organizer’s headquarters as specified below.

Article 3

Competition Organizer

The Competition is organized by Via FAOC s.r.o., with its registered office at Zamenhofova 440, Prague 10, ZIP Code 108 00, Identification Number 02214041, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File No. 216782 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).**

Article 4

Competition Duration, Promotion, and Territorial Scope

The Competition runs from March 1, 2025, 00:00, to March 16, 2025, 23:59, and will be promoted in newsletters sent to Fashion Club members and potentially through other communication channels at the sole discretion of the Organizer.

The Competition will take place exclusively within the Czech Republic.

Article 5

Prize, Winner, and Prize Handover

The Competition consists of one round, and the Winner is the Participant who is drawn within 10 days after the end of the Competition and meets all the conditions outlined in these Rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Winner”).

In this Competition, three Winners will be selected, each receiving one of the following Prizes:

• An adidas outfit worth CZK 6,000 (including VAT) of the Winner’s exclusive choice at the adidas store in Fashion Arena Prague Outlet, or
• 2x entry fees for the DM Family Mile run by RunCzech, valued at CZK 500, or
• A Multisport card worth CZK 1,300 for one month free of charge.

(hereinafter referred to as the “Prize”).

The Winner will be contacted by the Organizer via the email registered in the Winner’s Fashion Arena Fashion Club membership account within 10 days after the official conclusion of the Competition.

The Prize handover will be arranged individually with the Winner.

If the Winner fails to respond to the Organizer’s written notification within 14 calendar days, or if it is impossible to contact them, or if they fail to collect the Prize according to the Organizer’s instructions, they will lose all rights to the Prize.

The Winner may not claim the Prize in court, request an exchange of the Prize, or demand a monetary equivalent. The Prize is not transferable to another person.

The Organizer reserves the right to replace the Prize with another of comparable financial value.

The Prize may be collected at the Information Center of Fashion Arena Prague Outlet during the center’s opening hours. The exact collection details will be communicated directly to the Winner.
