Visiting rules
Dear guests and visitors,
Thank you for visiting Fashion Arena Prague Outlet, located on the private plots owned by Via FAOC s.r.o. (“Fashion Arena Prague Outlet”, the “centre” or “we”) for your shopping. Fashion Arena Prague Outlet wants to offer you a great shopping experience at attractive outlet prices, but at the same time, we also want to offer a pleasant environment where you will feel comfortable and at ease. To help us reach this goal, we have developed these visiting rules (the “Visiting Rules”). Thank you for following these Visiting Rules and we hope you will enjoy your visit in Fashion Arena Prague Outlet. Fashion Arena Prague Outlet is open for the public 7 days a week daily from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Any changes to the standard opening hours (during bank holidays or otherwise) will be published on our website www.fashion-arena.cz. The non-public area is the part of the centre which is delimited for business purposes, the access to which is controlled by the manager of Fashion Arena Prague Outlet. Non-public areas are clearly marked as non-public and they are not accessible. All other areas are public. The 1st above-ground floor and the underground parking lot of Fashion Arena Prague Outlet are accessible by elevators. The toilets for people with restricted mobility and the changing room for mothers with infants are available in the public toilets area of the centre.
IN FASHION ARENA PRAGUE OUTLET IT IS PROHIBITED TO
• smoke, in the areas where smoking is strictly prohibited, especially in the Food Court (the restaurant spaces on the 1st floor of the centre incl. covered part of the terrace) including the entrance in front of and next to the escalators, as well as the terrace and the public toilets, the Fashion Arena Prague Outlet management office area, in all demised premises, including all storage spaces, technical rooms, the control rooms, the covered arcade area from the Starbucks unit (from the entry to the roofed part of the arcade, from the direction of the outdoor parking lot) up to the NAUTICA unit (the end of the roofed part of the arcade), the outdoor children’s playground, the public transport platform and canopy; for the avoidance of doubt the non-smoking areas are visibly marked with the non-smoking sign (“Kouření zakázáno”) pursuant to Act no. 65/2017 Coll., on the Protection of Health from Harmful Effects of Addictive Substances, as amended and marked on the site plan
• use open flames
• enter Fashion Arena Prague Outlet under the influence of narcotic, psychotropic substances
• bring any toxic narcotic substances, oversized luggage, guns and ammunition, any kind of weapon and other dangerous objects into the centre; the centre management or the security agents providing security services to Fashion Arena Prague Outlet may decide on what objects are dangerous
• enter the centre with poisonous, polluting, smelling or dangerous substances
• enter the centre with 1st class flammable substances
• enter the centre with animals of any kind with the exception of dogs, which are welcome in Fashion Arena Prague Outlet
• enter the centre walkway other than on foot (e.g. on a bicycle, roller skates or in-line skates, skateboards, segways, scooters or tricycles except for children's tricycles, etc.)
• manipulate in any way or use without authorization fire protection devices (e.g. manual extinguishers, emergency exit doors, EFS buttons, etc.)
• manipulate/tamper with or damage in any way the property of Fashion Arena Prague Outlet or its tenants
• use drones
• make visual and digital records and commercial photoshooting and filming of Fashion Arena Prague Outlet for business purposes without a written consent of the centre management
• offer various products, goods and services to the public for sale (other then where approved in writing by Fashion Arena Prague Outlet‘s centre management
• carry out any promotional or income-generating activity such as (but not limited to) the distribution or placement of leaflets, stickers, spiritual literature etc., organize polls and surveys or sell lottery tickets or items for humanitarian purposes, car wash, without the consent of the centre management
• pollute or damage the green areas, which includes leaving garbage on these areas; to sit and lay on the ground and the green areas except for places intended for that purpose
• engage in musical, signing or other performances without the consent of the centre management
• engage in sports or other activities in the centre, except with the written approval of centre management
• engage in begging activities
• dispose of household and dangerous wastes and construction materials
• Performing personal hygiene care that is not usual in a public restroom (washing the body from the waist up etc.)
IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE, ON THE PARKING LOTS AND IN THE COMMON AREAS OF FASHION ARENA PRAGUE OUTLET IT IS PROHIBITED
• to drive and park motor vehicles in violation of the traffic signs and applicable legal regulations,
• to park in and occupy spaces reserved for people with reduced mobility without the relevant authorization
• for tour buses (regardless of their weight) to enter the parking lot inside Fashion Arena Prague Outlet; entry is allowed only to the parking areas reserved for that purpose
• to exceed the permitted speed limit for motor vehicles on roads (including the supply road) which limit is set at 20km/hour on the entire premises of Fashion Arena Prague Outlet
• to block in any way the roads in the premises, including the service road and the parking entry and exit areas
• for motor and non-motor vehicles to drive or park on pavements, green areas and reinforced surfaces as well as driving across reinforced surfaces in motor vehicles
• to connect to the Fashion Arena Prague Outlet electric power distribution system anywhere except for the stations reserved exclusively for charging of electric cars
• to occupy spaces reserved solely for electric cars, if they are not in charging mode
• to offer the sale of motor vehicles
• to occupy spaces reserved solely for taxi service operators authorized by the centre
• camping, sleeping, etc.
• to park motor vehicles, non-motor vehicles and trailers on the parking lots during the time when Fashion Arena Prague Outlet is closed for the public; in case of violation of this ban, the vehicle will be towed away at the expense of the owner or the operator of the given motor vehicle
• to drive LPG and CNG motor vehicles into the underground parking lot
OTHER PROVISIONS: FIRE OR OTHER MAJOR EVENTS REQUIRING THE EVACUATION OF THE CENTRE
In the event of fire, it is necessary to contact immediately the Fire Rescue Service of the Capital of Prague (150) or call the European emergency number (112). The fire alarm station can be found in the Fashion Arena Prague Outlet control room and is available at the phone number +420 296 238 008. In the event of fire or some other significant event resulting in the evacuation of people, animals and material from Fashion Arena Prague Outlet, all persons must remain calm, follow the Fashion Arena Prague Outlet Fire Evacuation Plan, follow the instructions of the person authorized to manage the evacuation, the building manager/the security guards providing for the surveillance of Fashion Arena Prague Outlet, the Police of the Czech Republic, the workers of the integrated emergency and rescue services and the instructions broadcasted by the local radio. During evacuation, everyone is obliged to follow the graphic signs and the direction of the escape routes and the exit signs and only use the staircases and the elevators reserved for evacuation of people, not the escalators or elevators which are not intended for the evacuation of people.
The tenant’s Store Managers shall be responsible for the evacuation of the shops in the Centre, and they shall report on the progress of the evacuation to the person authorized to manage the evacuation. The evacuation is managed from the Fashion Arena Prague Outlet control room or, if the control room is at risk, from the external above-ground parking lot. Evacuated persons must not stand in the area of the entrance roads and the boarding platforms for fire service technology. The evacuated material shall be placed in an area away from the entrance roads and its evacuation may start only after the complete evacuation of people on the basis of the decision of the person authorized to manage the evacuation. Until evacuated, the material shall be under the surveillance of a person selected by the evacuation manager.
LOST PROPERTY IN THE CENTRE
Lost or abandoned movable items in Fashion Arena Prague Outlet (hereinafter the “Item”) must be handed over to an employee of the Information Centre of Fashion Arena Prague Outlet (hereinafter the “Information Centre”) immediately after it has been found. The Information Centre employee shall draw up a lost & found property report which will provide a detailed specification of the Item found and the person who found it (personal details & consent to be recorded in accordance with the applicable Data Protection Regulations). All found Items will be stored at Fashion Arena Prague Outlet for 3 calendar days from their acceptance, in a locked room/safe. If the rightful owner of the Item contacts the Information Centre by e-mail by the end of the 3 days period the storage period can exceptionally be extended up to a maximum of 14 days. If the Item is not picked up by its rightful owner within the given period, the finding is reported, and the Item will be handed over to the Lost Property Office managed by the City Hall of the Capital of Prague, the Trades Licensing and Civil Law Department.
THEFT, ROBBERY, OTHER CRIMINAL ACTS OR OFFENCES
In the event of a theft, robbery or some other criminal act or offence it is always necessary to immediately contact the Fashion Arena Prague Outlet security office (tel. +420 296 238 008) or an Officer of the Information Centre (tel. +420 606 069 307) or the Police of the Czech Republic (158)/the Municipal Police (156). In the event of accidents or incidents involving visitors or guests from outside of the Czech Republic, the employees of the Information Centre shall use their best endeavors to give assistance in obtaining contacts to the embassy of such person’s home country in the Czech Republic.
PUBLIC ORDER IN THE CENTER, COMPLIANCE WITH THE VISITING RULES
The security guards in charge of the surveillance of Fashion Arena Prague Outlet in cooperation with the Police of the Czech Republic are authorized to perform legal acts (within the limits of the applicable legal regulations only) directly connected with maintaining public order and complying with the Fashion Arena Prague Outlet Visiting Rules. In the event of a public order disturbance in Fashion Arena Prague Outlet or violation of the Visiting Rules the individual concerned will be guided out of the Centre and administrative or – where applicable - criminal proceedings will be filed against such individual.
FIRST AID
First aid is provided by the centre‘s security service providing for the surveillance of Fashion Arena Prague Outlet (tel. +420 296 238 008) by calling fast medical service or integrated emergency and rescue services. The first-aid kit is available a) in the control room, b) in the Information Centre and c) in the centre offices on the 1st floor of Fashion Arena Prague Outlet, next to the Food Court.
CCTV
Fashion Arena Prague Outlet is monitored by camera recording systems incl. number plate recognition cameras.
The operator of the CCTV system is the company Via FAOC s.r.o, ID: 022 14 041. Privacy Policy is available at the websites www.fashion-arena.cz.
OUTDOOR CHILDREN'S PLAY AREA
Before using the children‘s outdoor play area, please read the operating rules which are visibily posted by the outdoor children's play area entrance.
The children's play area is designed for children between the ages of 3 and 14 only. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. All persons use the play area at their own risk. Via FAOC s.r.o. and its employees cannot accept responsibility or liability for any claim, loss or damage whatsoever which may arise resulting from the use of the children's play area, except so far as provided by statute. Any damage to the equipment or any incident can be reported to the Centre Management on +420 775 174 743 or e-mail: [email protected].
OTHER PROVISIONS
• Incidents or accidents involving guests or visitors of the Centre, will be handled in accordance with the applicable legal regulations of the Czech Republic
• Fashion Arena Prague Outlet cannot be held liable for damage caused to guests and visitors unless in case of gross negligence on the part of the owners of the Centre
• In the unlikely event of complaints relating to services of Fashion Arena Prague Outlet, you can file these in writing in the Information Centre or electronically on the e-mail [email protected]
• Persons with reduced mobility and disabled persons may use a wheelchair which is available at the Information Centre
• Operating rules of the parking areas can be specified in the form of a separate document
• Power banks for charging your electronical devices while shopping and luggage storage services are available in the Information Centre

REVISION OF VISITING RULES
Fashion Arena Prague Outlet reserves the right to update the Visiting Rules from time to time. The applicable version of the Visiting Rules shall be available to all visitors and guests on the website www.fashion-arena.czand in the Information Centre. In case of any discrepancy between the Czech and English version of the Visiting Rules, the English version shall prevail.
